Most Tablenest stoneware and porcelain is labeled dishwasher and microwave safe. Load plates vertically on the bottom rack so water hits the eating surface. Avoid nesting wet plates for days; they can develop odor between glazes.
Do not move a frozen dish straight into a hot oven. Let it come to room temperature first. Matte glazes scratch less if you skip abrasive pads.
Wood boards and olive wood tools should be hand washed and dried immediately. A light food-safe oil once a month keeps handles from drying out.
